Once an order is placed, we are unable to change, add, or remove items. In case your order has not been processed for shipping yet, we will be able to cancel your order free of charge so that you can place a new one containing all the desired items.
You can easily request the cancellation of your order here.
Otherwise, please send your cancellation request along with your full name and order ID via email to our Customer Care Team.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?
we try to process, package and ship your kit as fast as possible. We are therefore sadly unable to modify or cancel orders once submitted. Please thoroughly check your kit, payment and shipment details before confirming your order.
CAN I PAY IN MY CURRENCY?
At SEPTEMBER We accept ILS, USD and EURO. We provide currency convertors as a guide for you to calculate how much this converts to in this currency.
CAN I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL OR GIFT CARD CODE TO AN ORDER I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED?
A promotional or gift card code can only be applied during the checkout stage. No promotional codes can be used once the order has been placed.
HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
All payments are to be made online through our website’s secure checkout. We accept Visa and MasterCard providing they are issued by a physical bank. Can I change the products of an order I have already placed?
CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES SIMULTANEOUSLY?
Our discount codes cannot be combined. That means that only one discount code can be applied per order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERES A TYPING OR PRICING ERROR ON YOUR WEBSITE?
In the unlikely event of a mistakenly listed price, SEPTEMBER reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrectly listed product. If your card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is then cancelled, SEPTEMBER will issue a full refund to the original form of payment to the amount of the incorrect price that was paid.
